Summer just wouldn't be the same without peaches.  I loooove this fruit, and when I found myself with a few ripening ones this weekend, I decided to make smoothies.  Not only is this a healthy snack, but they turned out to be delicious!  Blend:

  • 1 plain yogurt
  • 2-3 peaches
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbs honey
