New Year's Resolutions

This year, my most important new year's resolution is to put my health first.  After doing a bit of  research, I've come up with some "natural" ways to get my body and mind into tip top shape.  Here are a few things people seem to always be raving about:  fish oil, tea, raw honey, and apple cider vinegar. (Tip: the vinegar can also be used with the Aztec Clay, so it's an A+ multitasker!)  The benefits of these natural products are shown to give energy, improve "good" cholesterol/lower the "bad", grow healthy nails and hair, improve sleep, cure allergies, improve mood...and the list goes on and on.  So here's to a healthy new year.  Raise a glass of (diluted) ACV and toast to a healthier, happier you in 2012!

I really like the look of these b & w pictures of the Fanning sisters in this month's W Magazine.  Shot by Mario Sorrenti, there's an ethereal, playful quality that's both endearing and chic.

The Beauty Department: Aztec Secret Face Mask

Wanna know a secret...?
